I called multiple times prior to arriving to see if I needed to schedule an appointment or if I could just walk-in. Phone just rang forever and I never got a voicemail or was able to speak to anyone. Then I arrive to the location the website gives me only to find out they have moved. When arriving to their new location, they have the door locked, with all the lights on. It’s 3:30 pm and their hours are from 8:30-5pm. Confused and now annoyed as to why it’s closed. I tried to call yet again, but of course the phone just rang ... read more
