Convenient location, fast service. But part of running a lab service is making sure that its running at its best. Lab technician didn't say hello, she looked upset,? i asked for a butterfly stick she just responded with we dont have any! she gives me the urine cup with no sanitizing wipes, no directions or instructions. Then there was no hand towels or hand soap!.
