They are very rude. Let everyone know you don't draw blood at this convenient location. All others are too far or hard to get too.
This is NOT the laboratory to do blood drawn. Over the phone, I was to go to this location-that was wrong information I pressed the door bell...I stood outside the door for 5 minutes, there was no answer so I sat on the bench for another 5 minutes to make phone calls trying to reach the clinical pathology laboratories. A person answered the phone and they said they was trying to let me in but I walked way. The person made it seem it was my fault for walking away.
