Made an appointment for 12:10 PM. Arrived early as the website advised. I'm still waiting to have my blood drawn nearly an hour later. They are not taking people back very quickly and the waiting room is full. Most without appointments. My appointment did not help me in any way.
Today I took a friend to the Ascension Seton Health Clinic in Buda, and a blood test was suggested for her treatment. We waited in the waiting room to be called by CPL for the bloodwork. Listening carefully for her name, we did not anticipate that her name not only was misspelled, but mispronounced to the point that we did not know they were calling her name. When no one responded to the name, after three tries, her name was crossed off the list - as a no show! No further attempt was made to correct the name or come further ... read more
I am thankful that they found my vein on the first try. Front office could have better manners.
