CPI has earned every one of my 5-Stars. I have trusted them for years and have never regretted that choice. They prevented a break in at our office last week and the police had the burglar in custody within moments. I’ve had the best service with them, and Nick is hands down the best person that consistently installs equipment perfectly and troubleshoots any issues I’ve had. They are very professional and I appreciate Nick for all he’s done!
Stay away from this company. They make promises (Mike H.) to sell you the service but fall short on delivery. I'm still waiting for my equipment installation to be finished from 2 months ago. If you call the customer service number and get Debra, watch out she's not very good at her job. It looks like I'll have to switch to the competitor. It's sad because I really wanted a good local security company. Thanks.
Horrific. Our experience since you are making people pay for problems with your system. We scant secure our homes. Your instrumentation is faulty. We paid for people to come out. Stopped working 90 days later. We are told you must pay again if you don’t fix it yourself. We pay you monthly. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND. WILL NOT HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS. IF YOU HAVE AN ELDERLY ADULT THEY WILL NOT HELP THEM EITHER.
We have had bad experience one after the other with this company. I strongly do not recommend. They have had to come by our home multiple times first because panels were installed incorrectly, secondly because our HVAC was tied to our smart home device and improperly working, and now we probably need the whole panel replaced because of connection issues.
