Today Sunday April 19, I called customer service and Chaka answered my call. I had a fire alarm situation on Sat that was caused by cooking and had difficulty stopping the alarm and resetting the system. This part is all on me and my lack of knowing the system. So today I was able to open the main box with a key and reached back out to CPI to reset my panel. Chaka was so patient and understanding as we tried to reset my system. CPI has earned every one of my 5-Stars. I have trusted them for years and have never regretted that choice. They prevented a break in at our office last week and the police had the burglar in custody within moments. At home, I needed some equipment recalibrated this week and the technician, Nick W., provided outstanding service through showing up on time, doing excellent work and providing me valuable knowledge. I’ve had the best service with them, and Nick is hands down the best person that consistently installs equipment perfectly and troubleshoots any issues I’ve had. They are very professional and I appreciate Nick for all he’s done!
Stay away from this company. They make promises (Mike H.) to sell you the service but fall short on delivery. I'm still waiting for my equipment installation to be finished from 2 months ago. If you call the customer service number and get Debra, watch out she's not very good at her job. It looks like I'll have to switch to the competitor. It's sad because I really wanted a good local security company. Thanks.
