I'm really disappointed as I wanted to like this company so much. The installation was great and the tech guys were super nice. My problem is the cameras themselves and the lack of activity they catch. I've seen and done different things around the house and when I go look for it in the app the camera never saw it. This is just unacceptable because in a real life emergency I couldn't count with the cameras catching anything. Will be returning the system and finding better.

Michael Looper did a great job with our installation and explanation. Friendly, helpful, and thorough.
Been using them at a property for over 15 years. Don't know who/how they train their customer service reps but they are in the top 1% of all customer service we've experienced anywhere. Even when something doesn't go well on a repair/service/etc they handle it really well and solve the problem. Whatever they're doing I hope they don't make a spreadsheet/conference room decision that will change things to save 1/2% of OPEX. Their quality and service really are a differentiater.
Hayden was extremely professional and prompt. I had a work conference call during install so he texted me instructions and updates throughout the installation. He was efficient and I’m very happy with the end result.
