HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! USER BEWARE !!!! AFTER SEVERAL YEARS OF PAYING FOR SERVICE A REPRESENTATIVE WALKED IN THE DOOR OF MY BUSINESS TO AKS HOW OUR SERVICE IS. I RESPONDED WITH "WHAT SERVICE?" NOT ONE VISIT OR CALL IN YEARS TO EVEN SEE IF THE SERVICE WAS WORKING PROPERLY. THEN I POINTED OUT A LOW BATTERY MESSAGE IS DISPLAYED AT MY PANEL FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS. Update: after lengthy back-and-forth via a BBB complaint, someone at CPI finally reviewed my email evidence and gave me a 50% refund for my uncanceled service. This took months of continuing to pursue it on my end since the manager over the cancellation team was still failing to issue my refund even after leadership decided a refund was warranted. I've raised my review from 1 to 3 stars to reflect the good decision of CPI. I can't do more than that given the difficulty of dealing with customer service at CPI. That said, kudo... read more
CPI salesman comes in, told him our complaints about the adt cameras we currently had. Told me he could install a tag reader camera and that our cameras were monitored any time the alarm was set. Turns out the cameras have resolution from the late 90's and the cameras are only monitored if the alarm goes off. Install techs were awesome, salesman mislead about products sold and services rendered. Have been fighting this issue for months no with no responses.
