We have been loyal CPI customers for 10+ years. Our system stopped working, CPI sent out a technician that spent 4+ hours trying to tell me this is the right cord to then move on to another and tell me no this is the cord and eventually told me I needed to get an electrician to come out. 1000k quote later, I said forget it I will figure it out later.
