I love going to get work done on my vehicles. Doug Barker has been the best. He always greets us with a smile and gets the job done in a timely manner. He has been my go to guy. The other staff are great as well but Doug goes above and beyond he will be greatly missed now that he’s retired.
Call Doug to see if they could work in my daughter’s vehicle as it was stuck in Hastings and would not start. He sent two guys to pick up my daughter‘s vehicle and give her a ride to work. Check the charging system in the battery, replaced the battery and drop the car off at her work All before her shift was over if that’s not the best service I don’t know what it is.
Doug always has a smile and a good mood when I come into the shop to do business. He also got me an extra $60 off my new Firestone tires by getting a rebate he found on line for me.
Doug has always taken care of everything I needed in a timely fashion and very professional
