I called Carlos after our boiler shut down. He came within the next half an hour, was courteous, fixed the problem, recommended a few repairs. The service fee was reasonable. All together great experience. Highly recommended
Carlos was recommended to me. He’s fast, knowledgeable, very pleasant to work with and fair in his pricing. He came the same day I called, diagnosed the problem, went to collect a part and worked into the evening to fix the problem. He also worked to educate me on the issue so I could understand what had gone wrong. I would absolutely recommend him.

My boiler wasn't working. I called CPH at 10:07pm and spoke with Carlos. He was on the road on his way back from his Christmas vacation. He said he wouldn't be able to come but was calling to see if someone else was available. About half hour later he called and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes.
