Shannon Putman is the best APRN.Shes very patient and always listens.
Mrs. Putman is a great nurse practitioner. She really cares and will connect on a personal level. She really makes it apparent that she's there for you not your money. I felt really welcomed and appreciated. The receptionist was great and very kind. It is truly a great place and I recommend it to anyone.
With my last appointment I was totally ghosted. I was a little late not realizing they had moved, and couldn't reach them by phone at all to let them know. I soon found out why. I walked in and had to be told by the lab tech that shares the space that no one was there. No text, no call that they were out sick, no call to reschedule, just automated texts afterwards.
