Very disappointing experience. I received the wrong item (candles instead of the water flavor I ordered), and I’m allergic to that specific type of candle, which made this more than just an inconvenience. Even more concerning, the package included another customer’s personal information—if I received their information, it raises concern that my information may have been shared as well. Horrible Customer Service. They provide false information. No respect whatsoever. Will never purchase anything that goes through them.
