I called this company to come and access a renovation that we were doing in our home. I spoke with Andreas and scheduled him to come out for a site visit 4 days after I called (that was the soonest he could come). He didn't show up or call. The next day he didn't show up or call. I called several times and left voice mails. 2 days later my husband got a hold of him and was told that his wife was sick and had to be taken to the hospital.
