Disappointing communication and management of rental advertising. It’s hard enough trying to find a rental that’s both affordable and home-like that is also secure and in a friendly neighbourhood without having to also sift through expired ads to get straight answers from connected agents that actually like doing their job to find people their next rental. Rentals maybe a chore to agents but it’s also a chore for us renters. We all need to do better - we all need respect and dignity.
