Henry *****, the owner of CPC pools has taken almost 12 months to build a simple pool. We broke ground in May of 2021 and we are still not complete. Henry refused to answer any phone, text, email, or communications with the bank as well as me. Henry shouldn't have his GC License anymore; his company has failed (and continues to fail) every single inspection to date (5 times in fact for the same issue) CPC Pools is a total and complete nightmare to work with and I hope someone shuts them down as soon as possible. Customer will not install sod down so I can't finish the project This Customer has been the rudest customer I have ever dealt with call me and after hours when he drunk and insulating with curse word that no person should ever talk to someone like this. He still owes me alot money. Everything is done on this expect little things. I am not a happy customer. After less then 3 years, I have grout falling out from between the tiles and my deck pavers sinking. I have called with no response. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have another company coming to made said repairs.
