Worse company I ever work for. It’s the biggest mistake I ever made to quit my job and go to CPC. Don’t ever go work for CPC company. They treat u like shit. They hire u to use u to get their work done then wants to transfer u out to other locations, but when they hire u they give u the option to pick which location works best for u. CPC is a user. Avoid at all cost There are some good teams here. My best work has been working with people on the 2nd floor of the Roseville site. It would be unfair to disregard the good people because of the really really bad apples. Where do I start? Well, let's start here. Giving a 2 Star because the department I worked in was amazing. The Team Leads all the way to Manufacturing supervisor were amazing to work with, but after resigning, HR was the hardest to contact. Sent e-mails after e-mails for a month to no avail until I reached out to someone else from HR that responded no less than 5 minutes. This company doesn’t give PTO payouts after resigning on good terms, but what do you expect? Other than that, there’s been a handful of company events that were enjoyable.
