I trailed a cpap machine end of June 2025. I had 4 visits to the office to test masks and reset machine. .My machine was then returned due to being faulty. I was given a replacement while being repaired. After 3 weeks I heard nothing about the status of repairs but as I had a temp working replacement it was ok. After trailing I found after the first week there was not a lot of change in my sleep pattern. For me this wasn’t the solution. They did honour the return policy. Absolutely amazing service by everyone I encountered. Sandra was very helpful with my initial visit and went out of her way during her break to explain things and made a follow up appointment for me. Carolyn then taught me more in 30 minutes than I had learnt in 4 weeks at another place (which shall remain unnamed), and Libby was also super friendly at reception. I cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you so much for all your help.

This is my local CPAP center which has a small unassuming front. It may be small from the outside but full of CPAP equipment and options but more importantly lovely staff who are taking care of their customers in person and on the phone. The kind Anwesha Karmakar who is my wife’s consultant patiently went through the mask options and machine options. This was my first visit and my wife’s second.
