Great experience at CPAP Victoria Footscray — staff were knowledgeable and patient, taking time to properly explain my machine and mask options. Special thanks to Anna, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure I left with the right setup. Highly recommend asking for her if you want someone who really knows her stuff
HORRIBLE! They care more about $$ then people. @ 1st all was great. But on my 3rd appoinment I got told a much higher price then 1st given. STAY AWAY & be careful

I strongly advise against doing business here. The staff provides poor support, and the company engages in bait-and-switch tactics. They demonstrate a working model to secure the sale, but the actual product delivered is completely ineffective.
