Taha was my consultant today at berwick. He was just so helpful, informative and had no problem answering my questions. I didnt feel rushed or flustered at all. He knows his job very well. Taha is so patient and i have no hesitation in refering him to my family and other people at my lifestyle village. Thankyou Taha for being kind and thoughtful today.
Bad customer service experience. All I wanted was to purchase a machine but the lady that attended to me was quite rude and kept trying to get me to book an appointment. I advised that I don't need an appointment and know how to set the machine . Then she said to come back at 1:30pm, 30mins later as she was having lunch... Thought they are meant to work around the customers time, not the other way around. Anyway, I got resmed to price match so CPAP Vic missed out on my business due to their lack of customer service.
