Poor service, unfriendly staff
Great customer service, made everything easy.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from the receptionist at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, she was rude, unenthusiastic, and presented herself in an unprofessional manner. Her demeanor gave the impression that she had no interest in helping patients or answering questions respectfully. What concerns me even more is her lack of knowledge around CPAP and sleep studies. Taha was my consultant today at berwick. He was just so helpful, informative and had no problem answering my questions. I didnt feel rushed or flustered at all. He knows his job very well. Taha is so patient and i have no hesitation in refering him to my family and other people at my lifestyle village. Thankyou Taha for being kind and thoughtful today.
Bad customer service experience. All I wanted was to purchase a machine but the lady that attended to me was quite rude and kept trying to get me to book an appointment. I advised that I don't need an appointment and know how to set the machine . Then she said to come back at 1:30pm, 30mins later as she was having lunch...
