Best customer service at the Bentleigh clinic. Ryan Xu was amazing! His expertise and friendly personality helped me decide what machine was best for me. His professionalism, politeness, patience and positivity are qualities that you cannot find easily in customer service.
I just walked in buy a f20 medium cushion because I need 1 immediately because I couldn't be bothered to drive to other store, it was $15 to $25 more than other store, and I couldn't believe they tried to collect my details and became a future customer, I told them I will not come back to shop again and refuse to gave out my phone number, anyway good luck for the business.
Absolutely incredible customer service by Joretha. She listened and sorted out my CPAP queries and helped with my machine. Highly recommend! 10/10
