I trialled a machine from here. Although it didn't work out for me with me, the assistance I got from my consultant Sabrina and the front receptionist was great. On sign up day. The lady walked me through the whole process on an ipad, and Sabrina was very helpful in explaining everything about the machine in our appointment. Even when I rang up with issues, she was helpful and understanding on the phone. It's a shame that a CPAP isn't good for me. But I can't fault the staff. They were very helpful. I have CPAP Victoria for around 15 years now for my CPAP machines and consumables. They average around 20-30% more expensive, however justify this by telling the customer about their backup service. After 15 years I finally needed this backup support and was let down. So, in future I will move my business to the cheaper option.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Tessa Spivak from CPAP Victoria Bentleigh. Being new to using a CPAP, she was very informative and patient taking the time to go through the usage of it, tried various masks to ensure a good fit and comfort - as she says "most people give up because it wasn't a good confortable fit" . I enjoyed the entire end to end experience from renting for a month and eventually buying my own unit not only for myself, my brother and my father in law. Thanks again Tessa. I'll definitely be back for more.
I've just finished my cpap trial and purchased a resmed machine with Charlie. Charlie was my consultant and went out of his way to help me and sort out the mask best suited for me. He was friendly, polite and able to problem solve. I would definitely recommend cpap bentleigh to anyone looking for advice and purchasing a cpap machine. Thanks again Charlie
