Rented me a faulty cpap during trial that was in part held together with blutack. Refused to hear issues I had with device, assumed I was sleeping face down causing problems. Informed me that the machine is not an electronic device and cannot be faulty. Would only refund part of trial cost due to being able to successfully use device for 5 hours on three separate days.
