Horrible customer service, Lies, over billing and more Act like this place has the plague. Worst customer service in the valley. When ordering parts they will straight out lie to you on the price or even say you won't be charged, then you get an unexpected large bill. The people there act like it is a hassle to deal with customers, will answer the phone and immediately hang up. STILL WAITING !!! I waited months for supplies said was in the mail.... This was a lie I am still waiting...don't use this company if you want good Service!!!!

Don't go to Cpap Unlimited! – The techs at Cpap Unlimited are great. They have always been more than helpful. This is regarding the billing department. In late 2010, I received a bill in excess of $300.00 for services for items as far back as 2007. I never let my bills go unpaid yet was told by the office staff that they have been billing me all along. This is untrue. I am not sure if I have any rights in this matter but am finished talking to them. I will find a different company to do business with.

I Had to make a review for CPAP Unlimited. They are awesome, Geoff really knows his stuff. It was great dealing him, he is very knowledgeable, and knows what he is talking about. I received much more than I expected, in going to CPAP Unlimted. I am glad I did They have changed my life. I have the energy I had when I was 20. If you thinking about going to them do wait just do it. You'll be happy you did.

good company The last review was written by a former emplyee, who left on uneasy terms. This is a good company, and will work very hard to meet your needs. I highly recommend them.
