Been using them for just over 2 years. Very happy with them.
In this era customer service is a critically endangered practice. I can point to one exceptional outlier to this trend. Cpap solutions in Great Falls, Mt is that business that still offers stellar customer service. Whitney and Lacey treat every encounter as if it was the most important event of the day for them. Having sleep apnea is no fun but having frequent contact with either lady makes it easier.
Usually they've pretty good. They rarely answer the phone and they return messages even less. They seem to have an inherent inability to successfully communicate with my PCM to renew my supplies since I changed to Medicare. I hate leaving this review but my fed-up is about full-up.
CPAP Solutions has been the best company in the region for supplying medical equipment. They work tirelessly to provide supplies on demand for all patients. As compared to their competitors, CPAP goes out of their way to build relationships with their patients and get to know the needs of every individual that walks through the door. I recommend them highly!
