Excellent service from CPAP Select. The whole team was friendly and helpful and the young bloke who showed me my new equipment and how it worked was very respectful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
The staff were friendly and helpful at first. When I reported that the Resmed’s pressure was too high as I was swallowing air, a staff member told me that it was because I wasn’t breathing properly and instructed me on how to breathe (lol). I tried a new mask and in the morning my face was swollen and puffy. My eyes were slits. I went back again and asked whether there could be something wrong with the machine and was told the machine knows what setting I need and that I need to breathe properly (lol). I arrived at Greenslopes Cpap Select worried and not looking forward to becoming a 'cpap' user. And...then I met Holly. A kind, compassionate, professional, practitioner who quickly became my wise and understanding guide. Holly is truly an amazing person whose experience and assistance has no limitations. I took her up on her offer to revisit (several times) and her quiet reassurance and explanation of my results was very helpful. I cannot recommend Holly and the team at CPAP Select enough. I was a very reluctant user of my CPAP machine but Holly persisted and has been nothing but accomodating to help me find the right combination of mask and machine. Instead of detesting the CPAP machine, I now look forward to a good nights sleep and I'm very grateful for all their help.
