What a professional and amazing business. From the moment you walk in your are greeted not just with knowledge but kind and caring staff. Nothing is a bother. From My first mask fitting and not knowing anything about this as it is all new to me. I felt so comfortable and was so well informed. Office staff very rude. Don't deliver what is ordered. When you call and ask where it is. They tell you they delivered it and even came into our house and fitted it. Never happened. Guy came to gate and handed over our machine. He went to give us the mask and when it was the wrong one we gave it back. Won't let you talk and when you finally get to say something they tell you they have another customer. This is not a one off issue. They never follow through and won't let you explain what really happened.

Excellent service from CPAP Select. The whole team was friendly and helpful and the young bloke who showed me my new equipment and how it worked was very respectful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful at first. When I reported that the Resmed’s pressure was too high as I was swallowing air, a staff member told me that it was because I wasn’t breathing properly and instructed me on how to breathe (lol). I tried a new mask and in the morning my face was swollen and puffy. My eyes were slits. I went back again and asked whether there could be something wrong with the machine and was told the machine knows what setting I need and that I need to breathe properly (lol).
