My old Cpap stop working and it was a Dremstation 2 and Philips no longer service the unit. I call over and was told to come by and they would show me the ones they offer. I chosse the Luna G3 X. I love the unit. And was very happy with the service they gave me.
Saved me on vacation when my power supply broke, fast, efficient, friendly.
Called around 9am in the morning to see if they had any CPAP supplies turns out they had a p30i for the Airsense 11 in stock! Everything was clear and up front, if you need CPAP supplies, call them first!
The machine I ordered was never shipped, but I was charged immediately. I called to cancel, and I was told they’d refund me within a week. That was almost 2 months ago, and I never got a refund. I’ve disputed the charge on my credit card and provided proof of the cancellation. Still no refund from the company. Don’t order from this company!!
