Miguel is very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. I have both central and obstructive sleep apnea. I don't sleep well and sleep even less without my BiPaP machine. My machine broke on a Friday, I met and spoke with him the next day. I had my BiPAP orders sent to his company. I received my new machine within a few days. It is my first time ever having/needing a cpap machine and Miguel was such a nice wonderful and knowledgeable person. He explained everything, made sure which mask fits me the best and gave me amazing and helpful tips. Great store with great staff!

I was in Cleveland for evaluation at the Cleveland Clinic and accidentally broke my CPAP machine. After many calls to local CPAP-related businesses, I fortunately located Miguel at CPAP EquipSource in Middleburg Heights. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, going above and beyond usual good customer service. I've been using them since at least 2018, and my MD suggested them when I couldn't get a timely response from other places (odd, since the other places were guaranteed the insurance $$). Either way, Miguel and crew have been superbly helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the myriad of different products out there. I'd totally recommend them to others.

Very informative. Really took the time to explain all the equipment, setup, answer questions and give tips and problem solving information. Made me feel like I can come to them with any questions.
