Unbelievable service. My 10 year old CPAP motor was done. I needed a new one quick. I figured I would have to order a new one and go without for a week or two. I decided to see how long it would take to get one and called the doctor to have her get me one. She told me to go to CPAP EquipSource, they could get me one quicker. So I did go there. I first contacted CPAP EquipSource because of an emergency. I have been an apnea patient for over 15 years, and my ResMed machine was telling me that it was about to exceed its motor life. I called the store and explained that I needed a new machine, fast. Staff member Rose was very friendly and extremely helpful. She took all my information and explained my options. My CPAP machine broke on vacation and they had the part I needed in stock. They were extremely helpful and put it into a safe box for me to collect after they had closed as I couldn’t get there in time. Highly recommended!!
