I can’t say enough good things about Caitlin. After months of struggling with APAP therapy and feeling dismissed by a previous provider, I was exhausted and losing hope, ready to give up. I was told my numbers looked “fine,” but I was still waking up sick, sleep deprived, and unable to work or function. Wow, amazing customer service! Caitlin was extremely knowledgeable about the products, offered excellent advice and was very approachable! If you are looking for CPAP equipment or advice and want your expectations exceeded, go see Caitlin. I hope that Caitlin can be recognized by management for her excellent work.
Met with Caitlin, RPN, this morning to discuss my sleep test results and to purchase some equipment. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this Lindsay location.
Had the pleasure of meeting Caitlin today to help with my CPAP equipment and problems .
