I forgot my mask and hose on a weekend trip to Ottawa. A quick visit to CPAP Central Ottawa on Saturday morning and I was set. The service was immediate, prompt and friendly. I am very satisfied with the service provided by CPAP Central.
My original review was 2 stars and it was more of a knee-jerk reaction. Had I called the store and voiced my concerns I would not have posted such a negative review. The GM called me and explained the services that where included in the price I paid; very helpful. Online stores are all about price; store fronts are more about value; real person contact, expert advice, mask fitting and much more. You can't put a price on value; it's a feeling that I now have for this company.
I am grateful to Stacey who provided excellent service over more than 2 months to help my CPAP trial! Stacey was knowledgeable, professional and patient. I strongly recommend CPAP Central Ottawa office if you are looking for CPAP consultation.
