Thank you to Mary for excellent customer service. She explained everything thoroughly and took her time. She got me to disassemble and reassemble things after demonstrating to me to check that I was doing it correctly. She was great!
I can definately recommend cpap care Ashburton to anyone that has to get or trial a cpap machine i had James thoroughly explain the process all the way through and show great patience and encouragement throughout. I feel comfortable calling anytime time and feel they are invested along with their patients to make the process as smooth as possible i look forward to a continual long relationship with them on my journey with cpap treatment. When I went to CPAP Ashburton I was slightly apprehensive but James was so thorough in his explanations and advice it was very reassuring. He was very patient with me and answered the many questions that I had. He was delightful to deal with and I would highly recommend him.
James was fantastic when I went to hire a CPAP machine. He went through everything with me in terms of the machine and mask options etc. and put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. The machine was brand new and the follow up each week was very helpful. I definitely recommend CPAP Ashburton.
James at CPAPCare was extremely helpful and guided me through the entire process to ensure I was set up correctly and had the best CPAP equipment for my sleep apnoea. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking for great guidance and advice in the space.
