You helped her enourmously and went out of your way to listen to her concerns and fix the machine. You are an absolute gentleman and will be back for sure for all sleep ap machine matters. My wife and I stopped in to shop for and get information on a cpap component we need. We are not from this area and this was the nearest cpap store to our location. On arrival we were met by a harried, frazzled woman who was not in the least interested in helping us out. I am disappointed with the level of service here. I understand being busy however a bit of friendliness would have had a much better outcome. Do better.

What a joke this dump is ! Went to purchase a mask today rang prior no answer ! No signage up a side street the woman in the shop on the phone having a conversation with a customer waited 10 minutes no reception and you guessed it sorry will be coming in tomorrow !! Waisted my Time !! Bloody ridiculous never again find another Business ! Joke !! Not Happy!!
Thank you to Mary for excellent customer service. She explained everything thoroughly and took her time. She got me to disassemble and reassemble things after demonstrating to me to check that I was doing it correctly. She was great!
