I had incredible service from Hia who assisted me through a CPAP trial with regular follow up appointments to check my results, trial masks and machines to find the best possible machine for me. I am sleeping fantastic for the first time in over a decade. Huge thank you for your care and generosity with time through what has been a pretty overwhelming diagnosis and process.
I am approaching 80, have several health issues apart from mild sleep apnoea. So I have kept delaying, not least because I didn’t like the prospect of wearing a mask. Elizabeth could not have made it easier. As I said to her next client on my way out, she gives the type of care we all need, maybe especially older people. She is thoroughly professional, unhurried, pleasant. She is giving me space and time to find the mask that best suits me. I am already sleeping better. My only regret… not seeing to this earlier.
My experience with Elizabeth and the team at CPAPCARE has been great. It's such a daunting process to go through all the various machines+mask configurations, but she's been incredibly helpful every step of the way.
