Yan and Ethan have both been extremely helpful. They showed me exactly how to use the machine and went through the proper maintenance procedures for every part. Plus whenever I've had a question or anything they're always there to help. Appreciate their help and would highly recommend!

I went there to have my machine checked after a couple of years fully expecting to need a new machine. Yan checked it and said the machine is fine - I needed some filters and a mask as I had thrown my old one out. He tried on enough masks to make a Halloween store look empty but finally hot one that I have never been more comfortable with. Only go to them if you want an honest professional opinion and no he is not related to me
The men who helped me are kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They understood that I have unique needs due to chronic headaches and were able to help me fit a mask that is comfortable and way easier to use. I had struggled endlessly with my previous mask and grew frustrated and sometimes was unable to wear it. They thoroughly explained how everything worked and showed me how to adjust everything.
