Bike stall is outdoor exposed to elements and not secure. CPA is horrible, they were not even able to mail out the access card until 3 weeks after I originally purchased access. I paid, but was not even able to access the parking for the duration of the pass. I found out they automatically renewed my pass which i was not expecting or desiring. Incompetent administration, bad space. The representative I spoke to told me they do not track incidents like bike thefts from inside their own "secure" stalls.

Easy to find spots with a variety of parking spaces. Elevator and stair access. Easy to see signs indicating you need to pay in the lobbies for all non pass holders. Love that it is security monitored and actively see them out and walking through the parkade.

Same as others! Very confusing of the payment system. I checked multiple times and looked like i dont need to pay, but i just got a letter that i need to pay penalty $40. Never got a parking ticket. This place is a scam: i wont park here!!
