Staff is fantastic, the service outstanding, and very helpful in a pinch.♡
it's my first thing going there the receptionist was so rude very unpleasant very unwelcome. She didn't even call my name. She didn't even verify my date of birth. She didn't even say hi and she was so anxious and I was so anxious and afraid of her sticking me because she was just so aggressive and she did have a decoration for fall in the reception area and my kids would look at it and touching it. Appointment scheduled for 8AM. No employee in sight and it’s been over a hour. Seems like a theme here after reading other reviews. Disappointing how poorly Norton seems to be with stuff like this. Very frustrating. Hard to “be happy” when you’ve got an appointment scheduled for 8AM on a Saturday and no one comes to work to do their job.
