You have to wait a LONG, LONG time here — even during the night. During the daytime, it’s completely rushed and chaotic, and somehow you still end up wasting hours of your time. This whole location is a complete waste of a driver’s time. If you’re coming here, give yourself WAY more time than you think you’ll need. Don’t expect things to be quick or organized. Honestly, this is one of the most frustrating and bullshit places I’ve had to deal with. Drivers’ time seems to mean absolutely nothing here.
