A power surge took out my 15 year old condenser and CP was my first call of an expected 3 (to get a range of estimates). Chris came out that day, reviewed everything, and provided an estimate that night. I signed immediately; just wasn't worth the extra time to get competitive quotes because of how well the process had gone and the pricing was fair (especially given my circumstances). CP Heating & Cooling is a life saver! Our air conditioning died in the hottest week of the summer! We called several companies and none of them could get to our house for a week or two. We called Chris, he came out that night and put a new system withing 2 days! He also did not take advantage of our need for a system right away. He gave us a fair price and didn't try to sell us a system that we didn't need.
