$329 an hour for labor??? At a HYUNDAI shop? WTH? I work service for a major motorcycle dealer 20 years ago as a writer, and we only charge $100 an hour. You’re telling me that labor cost in this country have gone up 300+ percent and 20 years? You can’t possibly think that the mechanics are seeing anywhere near that kind of money per hour. They probably get 40 or 50 bucks an hour and the dealership puts the rest of the money in their pocket. I will never buy another Hyundai again. Period period. Period.

Your company is being negatively impacted by the conduct of two of your employees: Tiffany and John Brock, the security manager. I believe you should have more professional, respectful, and better-trained staff to deal with the public. According to reports, they called the police on a person standing on a public sidewalk, an incident that was subsequently widely shared on social media, damaging the company's image. Terrible management company to work with. They knew our lease was ending and we were not renewing because they increased the price per sq. ft by 2x than our original lease. Therefore, they didn't care for our complaints when they told the work crews they could jackhammer on our floor. We couldn't talk to any clients on the phone for two weeks before we moved. This was pre-covid, so good for them, I bet they are getting that top dollar now for the space!
