Great experience! The staff was friendly and professional, and my nails came out beautiful. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely come back again!
I would not recommend this place. 🤮The quality of their service is one thing, but what concerns me even more is what I heard about someone named Elaine. Cats that were left in their care for boarding were allegedly abandoned and simply thrown out, with no regard for their safety or well-being. When someone trusts you to care for their pets, the bare minimum is to take responsibility for their safety. Do NOT come here. This was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. They had a trainee work on my nails, and the quality was extremely poor. The nail tips were glued on crooked, the shaping was uneven, and the color wasn’t even matched correctly. The more I look at my nails, the more frustrated I get. Throughout the appointment, the owner kept coming over to watch and point things out, which made it obvious that the person working on my nails wasn’t experienced.
