Requested service through canadian tire roadside assistance. They told they will be here in 2 hours but they showed up after 4 hours. I tried contacting them multiple times and everytime it was different excuse. 4 different stories for showing up late. Very poor service and I would never recommend their service to anyone.

Horrible. Towed my truck from LU. Scratched it and won’t own up to and I cannot prove they did it without picture before and after. Avoid them under new ownership

my car broke down unexpectedly on the side of the highway during rush hour. I was stuck with a dead battery and no way to move my vehicle to a safe spot. I called Cozy corner after finding them on Google, and I’m genuinely glad I did. From the moment I spoke with their dispatcher, I felt reassured. Amazing experience, broke down 2 hours out of Thunder Bay. They came and picked us up as quickly as they could. Cool dudes that not only helped us in a shitty situation but tried to trouble shoot some things to mention to the mechanics we were gonna see the day after. So appreciative for the tow and attitude these fellas had. If I ever get stuck near T bay again I know who I’m callin!
