Zero stars really. Avoid at all costs. They are not reliable. They may not even show up. I had a move scheduled to use their help through UHaul for my move from SoCal to Seattle. They never contacted me, didn't have their voicemail setup, and never picked up their phone when I was trying to even confirm that they'd be here. Had a U-Haul reserved for pickup on Sunday, came to the location and no one was here. Called several times no ones answering the phones, place is closed. It shows open on Google but still, no one is here. What a waste .
People are rarely there. I had an appointment at 9am. They didn’t get my my truck til 10:45. I look on my account. After only having the truck 2 or 3 hours. They charge me for 20+ days. They owe me 900$
