I placed an order on Feb 22 and paid for 2nd day shipment. 2 weeks have passed but I received nothing - not even any info on shipment. I called the company many times, but there's never been anyone to answer the phone. Apparently, the company does nothing but collect money from innocent customers who trusted their website. This is a terrible company.
Very professional and the parts arrived to our hvac specialist within 3 days! The parts were just as expected and the packaging was great! Thank you for the convenience and timeliness! You all are wonderful to work with!
Staff was very rude and did not provide any help. They use pre-made answers that they cut and paste into support emails. I definitely suggest using a different company.
