It all started with Aaron. Total professional. Thorough description of events. Had written, detailed estimate in three hours: a World Record for Flagstaff Trades! Mark and Brian came to do the work and were here for a week. SOOOOO very gracious and kind. I did crawl into the crawl space to see their work and could not be happier. Aaron who did our initial consult and energy audit was awesome, smart, friendly, and relatable. It was like having a friend over to do the initial consult. Both installers were awesome- we have three minisplits and new attic insulation done, they took less than a day and a half. Everyone was great, friendly, and very kind despite our yard being trenched up and our house being a little chaotic with kids and a dog.
