Our experience with Cozy was really good. We had this odd cutout in one of the bedrooms overlooking the living area, but we didn't want to block it with drywall because it would darken the room. Cozy came through with a fair price, and I was impressed with how quickly and cleanly they installed the window. They were in and out in just a couple of hours, leaving the area very clean. Seriously, you couldn't even tell they'd been there; it was spotless. I'd definitely suggest them to a friend.
The tenants who rent our house reported an emergency situation. Water is dripping from the kitchen ceiling. It turned out that the bathtub on the second floor was cracked. It was necessary to act immediately. Contracting companies asked for enormous amounts of money to fix the problem and promised to do everything within 2-3 weeks.
