First time trying this spa. The man greeted me at the register. He was helpful and not pushy. I had a very nice massage by a female. They were respectful of my privacy. The rooms were clean. The towels and bed were soft and clean. Massage had a good pressure. They are strict with being quiet inside. I appreciate that. I would definitely go again.

I’ve been fortunate to visit some of the best spas in and out of the country but Cozy Wellness truly holds its own and in many ways exceeds them! Incredible price point for how great the services are. Officially a hidden gem in Bay Ridge!
