I'm actually floored by the disgusting customer service I have received. The cover was made with quality fabric & I was initially impressed as I fitted it to my couch. One of the top back corners wasn't sitting nicely. On further inspection I reaslised that excess fabric was caught up in the seam causing it to pucker/gather in this one area, looking odd & unattractive. Good product, awful customer service
I bought a pair of stretch covers for my recliners. There fantastic fit perfectly. Like new armchairs. I bought another pair in a different colour now I'm looking for a cover for my 3 seater lounge ?. Best buy ever. 😀
