I am a new international student and finding a perfect place to stay was pretty tough for me as I had to look for a place to stay before arriving to Australia. I tried to look for a proper house through many mediums but Cozy Place came through and found me my perfect stay. The worst place I had the displeasure of living! In addition to having said something before I changed and after I changed they changed what they said! Before moving, I asked the attendant if she could pay the rent weekly and she said yes! And when I changed, I'm forced to pay every two weeks!! Besides the house was a mess, the attendant's English is not understood, lack of education in cutting you talking! Lack of professionalism
