We are returning customer, we brought my parent who from oversea to stay for 3 nights in 3 bdr cottage. We love it so much! The view is amazing especially the sunset time, better than the other small cottage!! The balcony is the highlight!!

We loved our stay at Beech Forest Cottage. The view from the cottage is amazing. The cottage is well furnished, cosy and so very comfortable. This is a great location to explore the nearby waterfalls and sections of the rail trail. Highly recommend Cozy Otways!

What a gorgeous little cottage. Beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed for a lovely weekend getaway. Tanya(our host) was very attentive, responded to all our queries promptly and was very lovely to deal with. Thank u for warming the cottage prior to our arrival. Lovely to come into a toasty warm room, on a cold winters day. Heating was plentiful, with a Split system in the lounge area, and a gas heater available in the bedroom … Heat lamps in the bathroom… Showers were amazing, with great water pressure and nice ... read more

We had amazing stay in this cottage, it is small, clean, but got everything we need. The location is perfect too, 10 mins drive to 3 different waterfall. The view from the cottage is tranquil and peaceful too. We definitely will come back again this year!
