The nail technician was friendly but charged me $50 for a gel manicure that was poorly done. On another occasion, for my wedding, they told me to come over and would do my nails as requested, and when I got there, she said, "No, we are closing and cannot accommodate you with an attitude." Thankfully, I was able to get it done in SF.

This is my fourth and final time visiting Cozy Nails. I got a gel manicure on January 21 from Monica. The next morning, I noticed one nail was chipped, and another was painted over my skin, which made the polish lift. So, I went back to the salon the next day and asked Monica if she could fix those two nails. I wasn't upset because I know stuff happens, and I just wanted my nails fixed. Let me tell you, this place is amazing! Genuinely so kind, clean, fast but thorough!! Obsessed. Also, they are so sweet and even gave my fiancé and I a gift for the holidays (we aren’t even regulars, but sure will be from here on out!) thank you so much guys!
