I live in CA and was in town visiting family, had no idea which salon to call. I called Cozy to inquire about walk-in appts for the next day and was told to come at 9. She didn’t ask my name , and based on personal experience with salons back in CA I wrongly assumed “come in at 9” was a casual response to just come in around 9. There are probably 10 nail salons closer to me than Cozy Nails but it is so worth the commute. Their manicure designs are so fresh and Tom (I believe is his name) did such a great job with my pedicure that I had to rebook with him specifically.

This nail salon was excellent! It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The salon was busy when I arrived for my appointment but they got me right in without any wait time at all. The nail technician was excellent and did a great job. She was clearly very experienced and worked quickly and efficiently. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I wanted my nails trimmed shorter than the technician made them. She did not want to trim them anymore. I’m not sure why.
