I absolutely love the service, and every staff member is friendly and genuine.
I was coming to Cozy for about 6 months and I loved the work that was done. No lifting a pretty paint work. I recently had to stop going because after a while Hannah got too comfortable with me and had me waiting consistently so she could finish other people’s nails that had came in after me. I would get pedicure plus a fill everytime and I joke you not I would be there for 4 hours each time. It felt like my time was being taken advantage of.
