I came to this salon to have a relaxing pedicure which turned out to be terrible. The nail tech cut the 2 middle toes on my right foot and had a difficult time getting the bleeding to stop. The bad part started when I got home and my toes throbbed for almost 2 days. I was very concerned that I may have gotten an infection and had to apply antibiotic creme and wear a sandal on that foot for almost 4 days after. This was my first time visiting this spa, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the nail and cuticle cleaning at all. Also, they didn’t have color samples or swatches for the pedicure colors, so it was difficult to choose the right color. The color you see on the wall can look completely different on your toes, which made it difficult to choose a color I actually liked. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was very unpleasant.
