I've used many LMTs over the years - some good, some not so good. Cozy is one of the best I've experienced. I call her "magic hands". And, as a long time martial artist (and getting older), her expertise with regard to pulls, strains, or injuries has been useful. I would highly recommend her services for pleasure, fitness, or maintenance.
It took me awhile to find the perfect therapist who I can trust that when I leave I wasnt leaving in worse condition than when I came in (broken back injury, shoulder/neck injury,etc), then I met cozy. She has been amazing with helping me recover and her talent is really something I have not seen from another mt.
