Gave me dirty and I had a reservation. Came here with my mom for a Mother’s Day treat body massage with an appointment , I was first place in a clean room and then taken back out and moved to another room telling me the first room was reserved. The second room wasn’t clean and ready and why couldn’t I get the first room that was ready and I had a reservation as well. I felt offended is it because I’m a black person .
I have been seeing Blanca at least once a month for a couple of years now. She is amazing I request for adjustments whether it’s the music or the massage and she accommodates every time
I have been going here for a some time and it’s generally good but my most recent experience with my sister was horrible. The lady who massaged me in particular was very heavy handed, didn’t make an introduction and just went straight to work. I held the pain for as long as I could but at some point I had to tell her to stop. This experience left me in pain from my neck bone to my right shoulder bone. I struggled to sleep for 2 days before of the pain. Due to this experience I will never be coming back here.
I’ve been going to Cozy Massage for a while now—it’s such a great neighborhood spot, and I’ve even enjoyed couple’s massages there with my husband. But my most recent visit with Laura truly stood out. I came in with a terrible stiff neck and could barely turn my head left to right without a sharp, pinching pain.
