I made an appointment for 3:45 90 minutes hot stone. When I came, this lady didn’t know about it and said she needs to speak with her boss. She came back and asked what I needed, I said I scheduled 90 min-hot stone. She said they can’t do 90. I’m lost! So I left. Wasted my money getting there. I’m very understanding when it comes to people in service, but why did no one knew who I spoke with. No one in there to greet people. Don’t waste your time people

Gave me dirty room and I had a reservation. Came here with my mom for a Mother’s Day treat body massage with an appointment , I was first place in a clean room and then taken back out and moved to another room telling me the first room was reserved. The second room wasn’t clean and ready and why couldn’t I get the first room that was ready and I had a reservation as well. I felt offended is it because I’m a black person .

I have been seeing Blanca at least once a month for a couple of years now. She is amazing I request for adjustments whether it’s the music or the massage and she accommodates every time
